What she can't do
- Guarantee a free slot or a price — that's down to who answers, and when.
- Hide that she's an AI — she opens every call by saying so.
- Stand in for 111 in a real emergency — gas, fire, flooding or shock risk go straight to the real number.
- Get an answer from a place that won't pick up — she just moves to the next on your list.
